Employees that violate electronic or procedural safeguards are subject to disciplinary action that may include termination. Living As A Leader employees and team members are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality of client and client employee information.
Electronic data is protected by individual user account and password. Layer one is computer machine level account and password. Layer two is network location user account and password. Layer three is application user account and password. Each layer is controlled individually and can only be accessed by those employees authorized. Authentication is performed at each step.
The Living As A Leader network is hosted by a Microsoft and Synology. Network management includes security, virus/malware protection, back-up and disaster recovery. Connections to the network host are encrypted. Industry standards on information security management are used to safeguard information. SSAE audit results (7.28.14) available upon request.
